Our One-Off Event Consultation Service offers fully bespoke, one-hour 1:1 consultations with our Event Director. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a special milestone celebration, a proposal, or a corporate event, we’ll help you clearly format, shape and develop your ideas, ensuring your event is on the path to success.

What You Can Expect:

A Bespoke Consultation: During your 60-minute session, we’ll dive into your event goals, offering guidance on everything from logistics and design to guest experience and give you access to our recommended supplier selection and venue partners.

Expert Insights: Our Event Director Lizzie has over 20 years of experience in planning and executing a vast range of events covering every industry, format and location you can imagine. We’ll provide you with the knowledge and advice you need to bring your ideas to life.

Customized Follow-Up Package: This is the important bit that will help you to make your event shine. After your consultation, we’ll send you a comprehensive follow up package including:

• • A bespoke event timeline to keep you on track.
  • A list of actionable next steps to ensure seamless planning and nothing gets forgotten.
  • Supplier and venue recommendations (if required) to match your specific brief.

Need Additional Help?If you choose to work with Helio Events further, for example with on the day support or follow up consultations we will discount 50% of the cost of the initial consultation from those fees.

How much does it cost? Our fee for a one-off 60 minute consultation with follow up package is £200 and can be booked any day of the week to suit your needs.
